BBQ on Labor Day Weekend

We BBQ for the first time in Kansas. 2 whole chicken and a milkfish. Why so much? The remainder is to be frozen and saved for times where they can't cook on their own while unpacking. There wasn't really any pictures, everyone was busy unpacking and helping each other out - but I managed to take a couple. Enjoy


It tasted real good. Mmm...
