Daily Story

In adition to amin's malaysia trip, every day from tomorrow, I will give you a part of a story. It will be one story about a pokemon journey. It isn't totally about pokemon, so if you dislike it, there are other things to look foreward to.

Day 5: Taiping to Temerloh

Hello, sorry for not updating the blog as of late. Practically had no time to sit down, and post something... Finally now that I am at Batu Pahat, I can update the blog without much interruption.

Day 5... we had a rather large breakfast with roti canai and kuah durian, topped off with frozen durian (thawed, of course) that Opah saved when Durian was in season. Everyone was excited to see us! We left them with a little gift from Ayah, a digital picture frame. Loaded about 100 pictures from the states.

We ended our Taiping/Kamunting journey seeing my cousins (minus Imran). Pak Aat is as positive as always, and the guys are all just like him. Keep up the good work. Adam received a baju (might be small) from me for his feat @ SPM. Faiz made us Laksa Asam Pedas, first laksa we had in Malaysia and it was awesome. I wished I hadn't eaten too much durian previously at Opah's or I would have had seconds and thirds. Take two for me next time bro!

I had a good time. Next time we'll be back with a little one and hopefully another cousin of theirs... Now we're leaving for Temerloh for a little side trip with Hase to Kuala Terengganu...

Day 4: Lepak-ing @ Mak Tih's House

Mak Tih invited us to her house for lunch. But she's still cooking
when we got there. We brought some unripened, sour mango from home to
make rojak.

Day 3: Coolest uncle in the world...

Pak Jee, the Lancer-meister.

Day 2: Short update...

Woke up subuh. Jumpa Pak Long before he left to work to bid our goodbye and gratitude - and immediately went out for a walk to get some roti canai! Forgot my nice camera, sorry for the blurry pics. It was about 7, our wish for hot roti canai and teh tarik is fulfilled! The teh tarik and milo was too sweet, so we couldn't finish them. Roti canai was just nice.

We got 2 nasi kerabu to go - with some lauk. Going to eat now. Will update more when we can. So far, other than for the heat, Malaysia is still awesome!

KLIA!

Arrived in Kuala Lumpur! Alhamdulillah.

Wished I had a Malaysian passport!
